- Kitchen Conversion Chart: cups, spoons, fluid ounces and mL; ounces and grams; butter sticks; oven °F, °C, fan °C and gas marks
- Ingredient Substitutions: 24 swaps for baking, dairy, sweeteners, eggs and pantry staples
Sizes
US Letter and A4, each in Color and Ink-Saver, plus a Frame Sizes file with all three charts at 8x10, 11x14, 12x18 and 18x24 inches. 8x10 also prints at 16x20, 12x18 at 24x36, and 18x24 at 9x12 and 12x16.
Where the numbers come from
Safe temperatures match the USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service chart. Conversions use NIST kitchen equivalents, and substitutions come from NDSU and University of Illinois Extension. Every number was recalculated before release. SageAndSheets is not affiliated with these organizations.

How this was made
I designed these charts and directed every part of them. I used AI tools to help draft the layout code and wording, and I reviewed and edited all of it. Every temperature was checked against the USDA FSIS chart and every conversion was recalculated. The artwork is simple vector illustration built in code, and the images are real pages from the actual PDF. No AI image generator was used.
